Nuntius
App design • Logo creation • Color scheme development
Nuntius is a user-friendly application that allows developers to send, store, and replay RabbitMQ messages effortlessly. As part of a personal project with a couple of friends of mine, I focused on the design while they handled the implementation.
01
Project overview
Nuntius is a free application designed for developers to manage RabbitMQ messages easily. It allows users to send messages, keep track of their history, and replay previously sent messages—all with just a few clicks. Users can choose between two text modes: a simple text mode for plain messages or a JSON mode that offers coding assistance and auto-formatting. The app also features a history function that logs all sent messages with timestamps, making it easy to find and replay messages when needed. Additionally, users can save their queued messages in collections for later use. The need for this application arose from the developers’ own work experiences, highlighting the gaps they encountered in existing tools. While the app is still under development, the MVP is up and running.

Deliverables
Designing Nuntius, I collaborated closely with my developer friends to create an effective solution. I designed the entire platform, including the logo, color scheme, typography, and user interface, ensuring an intuitive user experience. The deliverables comprised initial wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and an interactive prototype to visualize the application’s functionality. Together, we created a cohesive and user-friendly application that met our goals.

Results
Nuntius is currently in the MVP stage and is available online as well as on GitHub. The application will be refined based on user feedback as we continue its development.
